What is Kloud Academy?

Kloud Academy is an online education platform for children with an expert-created video library, developed by trusted teachers with children’s development in mind. We focus on children between 3 and 12 years old but we love hearing from teachers with ideas outside this age range! Kloud Academy was founded due to the impact of Covid-19 on schools, children and their families. Our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality education that focuses on socio-emotional activities with an academic purpose for children at home.

How it Works for Teachers: Contribute as much you like

 Three easy steps:

  1. Plan, create and price your curriculum through a series of videos: 1. introduction video (1-5 minutes) for parents and children describing who you are and 2. video series – each video should be at least 8-10 minutes long, as part of a series of at least 30 minutes. 3. Include any relevant supplementary content for parents and/or children to download. Videos cannot be downloaded. You reserve all rights to your content.
  2. Fill in your profile with why you love working with children, what makes you unique, experience and credentials.
  3. Set your target price for your video curriculum and start earning

All content submitted by teachers goes through a quality assurance process. For now, we only offer videos in English. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

How you Earn: Every time your video is purchased by a parent, you earn. You take home 95% of your profits everytime a parent pays for your video. All payment goes directly into your bank account through STRIPE.  We only take 5% to cover STRIPE’s transactional fees!
